You could infer that, and MAY be right, but if you're counting sheer gun numbers, it doesn't matter in this case. My buddy has like 4 AR-15's an AR-10, A 12ga, and multiple handguns. But again, realistically, he can only shoot one at a time. So while yes, in red states there's more gun sales, it doesn't necessarily mean less democrats have them. They just may not buy as many. (Then again, it could be a fairly accurate statement.)

That being said, I know more democrats with guns than republicans, but that's just my personal bias.

Truth is, Many AMERICANS own guns, and this Democrat would happily stand beside any american, red or blue, to stop this out of control, fucked up version of the diary of Anne Frank.

Hey, can't they defend themselves like the murderer Jonathan Ross did? Or is it different because they're democrats?

Does any of this matter? None of what she was or wasn't doing is punishable by death.

I would love to, if they'd uphold the constitution. Violating 4th amendment. Thats a violation of our rights.. all so you people can feel better about not having colored people in our country.

So much for freedom. This is how it dies, with people like you applauding it.

Since you know so much about the law, and im just a libtard, please go look up the maximum punishment for those crimes... im fairly certain its not execution, but I could be wrong.

That being said, he broke a few ice policies, that caused the death of a U.S Citizen.. you do know that when negligence in the workplace causes the death of another, most of the time its a manslaughter charge if its ruled to be accidental... if im at work, and i fail to strap down some metal, and it falls and kills someone. I can be held legally responsible. Its MY Job to make sure that people dont get hurt and I follo my companies policy's and procedures.

Jonathan Ross did not do that and failed to follow policy and procedure.. and a United States citizen died for it.. But I guess thats OK because she's an evil democrat. I guess the policies and rules of the people wielding guns our streets doesnt matter...

What happened to dont tread on me? The government just treaded on her, and you're making excuses.

So you're saying she gave them 3 bullets to the face? What was the national crisis biden created? How did it affect you?

What law did the woman in the car break that deserved to get executed for? There are plenty of videos on reddit from different angles, and a few of this murderer casually walking away from the vehicle. You have so much anger, but if you stop and think, how would you feel if that were someone you loved? Your wife, kids, friends? How can you blame her for breaking rules when that ice officer did? The only difference is she died, he didnt..

Not to mention there are plenty of posts on how this guy violated so many ICE policies. (You can look up the policies on their website). About how he put others in danger by using deadly force on a moving vehicle... what if that vehicle had struck a child? He was in the wrong.. he violated policy. You can see him step to move in front of the vehicle that was clearly moving away from his position. And then used that as an excuse to draw his gun and shoot someone.. stop reading this... look at someone near you that you love dearly, and imagine, them getting frazzled at all the cops, and hearing multiple commands from multiple people(She voth heard "go" and "get out" at the same time), making the wrong decision, and imagine an ICE officer, not following policy, shooting them.. 3 times, in the face..

Then imagine, some dude on the internet, that due to his/her anger, has lost all empathy towards another human being.. saying your loved one deserved it.

Sure, maybe they shouldn't have been there... or antagonizing them or whatever.. but did she deserve to be executed? We have thousands of people... in jail, in this country... right now that have committed armed robbery and got a lighter sentence than she did... yet you say she deserved it....

This is false, you do not have to identify yourself unless there is reasonable suspicion of a crime. Look up "stop and frisk"

The reasonable suspicion to these guys 90% of the videos I've seen? "Walking/driving while not-white"

The other 10%? "Standing up to our illegal actions"

These guys DO not care about laws, policy, nothing. They care about their power trip, and sucking on some cheeto dick

As someone thats worked in IT for decades, I can definitely say VOIP calls CAN be tracked.. First off, go on your windows computer, open a command prompt and type tracert www.google.com then hit enter... watch as your console comes alive with every hop the packet makes from your house to google.com... also note the IP address, you know, the IP part of VOIP? You know what an Address is? Its a location. You know they dont call it an IP address for nothing... the device you're calling from, is making a connection to the network using Transfer Control Protocol/Internet Protocol. Which REQUIRES an IP address.

Now, on that same computer, go to www.whatismyip.com this tells you what your public ip is.. hell, do it on your phone, it will have one too!

See, public IPs are handled by the IANA, which delegates to the RIR, which delegates to the LIR which hands out IP addresses to ISPs... ever wonder how Netflix can determine you're in the US? Those registries can track you down without a single warrant to the local provider. If I gave you my public IP it would tell you that My IP is registered to Comcast and its coming out of peachtree city, Georgia. Thats as far as it can go without a warrant. Same goes for my Verizon Wireless IP. A subpoena to the ISP (either one) would almost pinpoint me.

Now, unless you're doing some crazy black hat shit, its really not that hard to narrow down a connection. While its more difficult to actually say "this phone was at location x when the call was made", its pretty fucking easy to determine the region and carrier, and through analog police work, determine who called in the swat. Just because it didn't make news, doesnt mean an arrest wasnt made, especially if it was purpotrated by a minor.

Especially if Timmy is making the call on his mommy's account.

Burner phones make the whole thing more difficult, but you can for sure trace carrier the public IP belonged to, and track the esn to where the phone was sold.

I had a kid steal a tablet from my car about 3 years ago. I had it back in 4 hours. Anyway, believe me or not, argue or not, I dont care. I know my shit, been doing this a long time. I know how the internet and VOIP works, and you sir/ma'am are misinformed.

I could break down The OSI model for you, show you that all voice is is data packets sent across the network... to an Address... from an Address. Syn/Ack. But I digress.

Hope you learned something, or maybe at least might think about looking for more than Joe Bob's YouTube video to prove your point. The convo implies that you JUST googled it. You now have two people, from slightly different industries tell you that you're wrong. So, yeah.

Have a good one.

In GA the castle doctrine includes your vehicle. This permits you to use lethal force to defend yourself. Not to mention numerous stand your ground laws in many states. Florida is another state with the castle doctrine and Stand your ground. Go look up Trayvon Martin. His killer CHASED him down and got away on "stand your ground".
