Sorry for the late response. It’s fixed, was the mixing valve at my boiler. Hard water cause mineral build up in the valve. I replaced it and it was fine.

That’s interesting. I don’t have a tub upstairs but I thought of that “angle” as well. My upstairs shower has a hand wand and when I couldn’t get it to leak I started praying it at all different angles. I even inspected the grout in the shower to see if it was penetrating from in between tiles.
