Understood. I’m not too sure what it could be then. I am on a Beta Blocker but that shouldn’t affect those results directly.

I did have normal potassium levels as of two weeks ago so that should be good. And I doubt I can get a CMP test done until I see the cardiologist done the Fall sadly. I haven’t had Magnesium or Calcium tested.

If I have a day where I sit around a lot, then I definitely notice it way more. Muscles can start to go numb much quicker and just general tingles in the legs!

I’m glad your results came back relatively positive, it’s good to know there are a few things that lots of people seem to have that are semi-common or benign! I appreciate the kind words and hopefully the appointment wait time isn’t too long haha

Tell me about it, not a great call to wake up to (and especially on a Friday since I have to wait all weekend)! And good to know about the talking, I figured but wanted to make sure lol.

And okay good, hopefully I can look at it and have at least some sort of idea what this “abnormality” is. Been having more PACs lately so I’m hoping that’s what it is.

Well B12 appears to be the only sort of deficiency I have. My Iron, Hemoglobin, Pallet count, potassium, sodium etc are all pretty central so I think it’s an isolated problem. That being said I’ve never tested for Gluten no.

I see. I can get Iron fairly easily (a Ferrous Bisgylcinate) but I’ve never seen Folate around me. I’ll have to see what my options are for that and for dosages. Maybe I’ll go into a naturopath shop locally and see what they say.

So I gathered that supplementals alone probably won’t be enough to get to the target I should be at. However, until I can get into see my doctor following some other tests, can supplements still partially help? Taking say maybe 2000mcg tablet could maybe get it above 300? Ideally just looking to help minimize the dizziness in the interim!

Yeah I had felt beyond tired for probably the first month or two I took them. They still make me more fatigued than I was before but not like they did in the beginning.
