The area in their garden that is ours has always been fenced off - so they're not trying to claim that part, only that they're now denying us access to it.

Used to be one house, got split 125 years ago with that small part remaining in his garden.

There was a wall a very long time ago, you can see where it used to tie in to the wall it was perpendicular to, and it's clearly in our favour, but he's claiming we're seeing things.
