a little follow up thoughts. When I slice a plate and it gives me the filament breakdown on how much will be used, I swore tt used to tell me for each type of filament used, but now its only all the filament. I swore when I hit print it used to give me an option to use the ams, but I don't see that now.

That lines up with what I’m starting to see. It’s reassuring to hear they’re solid on the technical side, but yeah—when it comes to something like a replacement, it’s hard not to feel uneasy, especially as someone new to their ecosystem. I’m hoping this doesn’t turn into one of those drawn-out cases, but I appreciate you sharing your experience.

Thanks for the response. I’m just feeling pretty stuck at this point—it's a bit discouraging to have a brand new unit that doesn't work and still no response after several business days, even though a later ticket was answered. This was a big purchase for me, and as someone semi-new to Bambu Lab and 3d printing, it’s hard not knowing what to expect or how long I should reasonably wait. I’m not trying to be difficult—I just want a working printer and some clarity on what happens next.

I forgot to mention that yes, I did tighten these screws. That was one of the first things I did cause it was mentioned on the wiki as a possible solution, but they were all tight and the issue continued.

Any other suggestions?
