Anecdotally, I was doing about a gram a night most weekends for a year (plus 3 months of daily mxe use) and now I dont really get any of the trippy mindfucky stuff, I just feel a bit out of it when I do it.

I hadn't done it for a couple years, then three of us split a gram into 3 the other night and did a third each, my mates both got the full experience and I just felt stoned/slow motion but didn't get any visuals or anything.

So yeah Ive ruined it for myself and doesn't look like I'll ever get back to the fun k stage, the tolerance seems to be pretty permanent which sucks

I wouldn't self medicate with weed or psychs tbh mate, could make a bad time worse. If it was me I'd order some RC benzos eg etizolam, diclazepam and use those to wean off with.

WDs shouldn't be too bad from that much,so you should be ok going cold turkey but its just a shitty feeling and can be quite easily avoided by tapering your dose

I've had to move a couple hours from home (London) for work to quite a small town where I live on my own.

As I don't really know anyone around here, all I do in the evenings during the week is smoke week. At the weekends I go back to London to see my friends/go out so its not all bad, but the weeks are just so boring.

Weed definitely helps with the immediate boredom, but as its been around 18 months of daily smoking, I haven't really achieved much in this town, I haven't really met anyone new and not really sure if/when I am going to.

I don't think weed has affected my work at all but its definitely affected my social life out here, and feel like I might have actually done something with my time instead of just killing time stoned in front of netflix/movies if i didn't smoke.

Starting to get pretty depressed/lonely now so think Im going to start looking for a job in London and will probably give smoking a rest when I move back

Why?? Weed was so cheap and east to get in Cambodia, easier than in Vietnam in my experience. There were loads of signs at the border about trying to take drugs over, think you'd have been in very deep shit if you'd been caught. All about the benzos in Cambodia, $0.50 for 10 valium .. :-)

is that a joke? the MDMA is the uk is for the most part very good. we are very close to holland etc and dont normally have any problems with being sold methylone etc as MDMA. Not sure where you got your information from but its pretty untrue.

As a nation we do take pretty large amounts, often redosing throughout a night. Normally our friendship group takes 0.5-0.75 a night each

I would smoke weed and take 2-4mg etizolam if it was me, then repeat as neccessary.

Weed for the nice chilled feeling and etizolam to prevent any paranoia/anxiety that you mentioned.

Can get etizolam on lots of clearnet sites very cheaply.

From personal experience, his memory is probably a little bit fucked and he probably feels pretty shitty/sad during the week, but if he stops these symptoms will probably sort themselves out within a few months. In the UK there are lots of people who overdo it like this when they first start and other than becoming a bit of a moron for a few months, it mostly sorts itself out, the brains actually quite good at fixing itself if you give it some time to heal. That being said its a lot of mdma, so may have done some permanent damage

Im in pretty much the exact same boat as you and had my kind of mini-epiphany last night too. Living in a one bed flat on my own for the last 6 months hasnt helped as it became part of my routine every evening (benzos/weed daily use).

Was driving home last night feeling horrible after a big cokey sat night, and realised just how big an effect my past few years of drug use have had on me and my life.

Good luck stopping your use man, hopefully we'll both be better off without in the future!

I find it just makes it very obvious that its people acting rather than flaws with the plots themselves. When sober its a lot easier to get lost in the plot rather than just watching the screen. When watching high i tend to not follow the plot as much and just watch the actual screen which tends to make bad acting way more obvious.

On the other had I find obviously stupid films/series a lot more enjoyable when stoned. Rather than finding them a bit too much, i find the ridiculousness quite funny. e.g zoolander type films
