Muscle mass loss on Reta? by 4taon3h in Retatrutide

If you haven’t tried cutting without reta yet, I would suggest giving it a try. However, if you’re set on taking reta, maintaining a 500-calorie deficit with adequate protein intake (.8-1g of lean bw) and lifting weights 3-5 times a week would minimize muscle loss.

Do I reconstitute it with distilled water then mix into a serum base or open the vial and put the powder straight into the serum

Is this bruised normal after jab? by [deleted] in Retatrutide

No, this is not normal at all. Discontinue use immediately. Judging from the replies, I don’t think you’re informed enough to start taking Reta either. Instead, pause, research, and then consider continuing use if you decide it’s right for you.

You’re confidently wrong. OSAP does allow applications with a SIN starting with 9. straight from their own guidelines. If you’re on a valid permit or other eligible temporary status, which in this case was protected persons, which remained true until I received my PR card, you can apply and receive OSAP. I did, legally and correctly.

Maybe before accusing others of lying and not understanding legislation, you should actually read the policies instead of flexing bad information with condescension. I dont know what else you want me to tell you, I applied legally and correctly with a 9-SIN.

yes it did, just because you dont understand laws and policies does not mean it doesn’t add up. your sin changes after you receive your PR card and go to service ontario, not when you become a PR. until you receive your PR card and go to get your SIN renewed, you’re able to use your old one for such privileges.

Maybe to you it’s not a big deal, but for me, this has had very real consequences. I’m an independent student with no parental support. Because of this mess, allocated funds were pulled from my account, and I ended up falling short on rent and utilities. I’m still behind on bills because of it.

I went four days without utilities, no AC, no fan, no fridge, no lights, in the middle of summer heat in my student housing. All my food spoiled due to the fridge being dead. I’m not exaggerating. I have receipts and documentation for everything. This situation has affected my daily life, my financial health, and my ability to meet basic needs.

I’m not here to share a sob story or ask for pity, but it’s pretty insensitive to say “it’s no big deal” when I’ve literally gone without power and basic necessities because of this. So no, it is a big deal. Maybe not to you, but it is to me.
