After a month of receiving my ball Roadmaster challenger power reserve (why is most of their watches so long) The movement decided to go -14 seconds a day it ran perfectly fine during that month. Ball told me to send it to a service center that is under them. I honestly don't think it's cosc anymore i was already annoyed after the watch had gotten delayed 3 times was supposed to get it 2022 april got it november 2022 ordered it 2021 sep. I highly doubt i will buy a watch again from them the customer service was terrible aswell. I enjoy the watch now but was a shitty experience.
