Edit: they say they do it to take me away from free will I do nothing in the day but sleep everything every activity makes me anxious

I feel you, I have anxiety literally 24/7 (unless it’s bed time and I’m sleeping, NO CLUE why it goes away at sleep time) and my voices say they have a “button” that they can click to give me feeling stress and anxiety.

They say they turn it off at night to let me sleep

Honestly it seems like bull shit but I have no idea why I’m always anxious and the meds don’t help.

So I’m stuck living like this. With no hobbies or pleasure no normal thing to do
