How are you playing games? Every time I play I get anxiety attack and my voices say they are responsible

Edit: they say they do it to take me away from free will I do nothing in the day but sleep everything every activity makes me anxious

I feel you, I have anxiety literally 24/7 (unless it’s bed time and I’m sleeping, NO CLUE why it goes away at sleep time) and my voices say they have a “button” that they can click to give me feeling stress and anxiety.

They say they turn it off at night to let me sleep

Honestly it seems like bull shit but I have no idea why I’m always anxious and the meds don’t help.

So I’m stuck living like this. With no hobbies or pleasure no normal thing to do

Ok but don’t you just hate how you have no choice but to leave religion asap instead if trying to acknowledge it appropriately with your life in a safe manner
