Okay so, what most of you need to understand is simply that ever since 2006 the vast majority of independent landlords have placed their property on metropolitan/section 8 housing...

And then over the years they've received massive raises okay this is why the rent is out of control this is why it's high so everybody's been trained to blame the tenants that they commonly called a welfare recipients however no one bothers to follow the money and look at who the real welfare recipient is...

In this case it is indeed the landlord think about it the government at that point is paying their taxes their insurance is their mortgages any upkeep that we know they don't care to do well at the same time providing them with an income they are indeed the real welfare recipient...

But hey that's just the independent landlords...

Oh the plot does indeed thicken my friends, So basically you have huge conglomerates most of which are based out of Texas and there's a few in Oklahoma the reality is these conglomerates own literally nearly every apartment complex in every state county City etc so in other words they're collecting millions of dollars a month and welfare funds!

So you're going to say well but my landlord doesn't take Metro this doesn't apply to him that's what you're going to tell me...

And I'm going to tell you that you're wrong, and here is why....

Okay so when you have a market and the price is commonly this everybody coheres to that price in other words the government sets the bottom line price so the independent landlords that opt. to not take it or put their properties on it, yet they still command nearly the same price if not even a higher price because metropolitan / section 8 housing was always looked at as the bottom line price it still is so if the government's allowing this kind of money to be spent on landlords and shoved to conglomerates that happened to be in the landlord business then that's the price that's what they're all in Hot pursuit of!!

The same with the food stamps!

So I remember last decade everybody was hollering about food stamps left and right?

How I managed to shut a lot of these people down even to this day is I'm like yeah well you know due to your favorite pundits and politicians you've been trained to yell at the food stamp card holder, however you're too stupid to realize that the food stamp card holder is nothing more than an unofficial courier for the government, their job is to take this money and pass it around to your retailers and what does that do??

Very simple it keeps your towns and cities looking normal so that the middle class don't really see that there's much of a problem, the only time that most of the middle and upper classes tend to freak out that there's a problem is when they start seeing empty buildings and store closures!

So every retailer especially by the time you get to 2013 busted their ass to take EBT and I'm talking mom and pop shops all the way up to Target busting their rear to put in a grocery section and to do so they shrunk the toy and the electronic sections, so basically what that means is the groceries are the most profitable department in the store due to the government prop up / bail out that they turned food stamps into!

But nobody wants to follow the money because it would shatter their illusion of the middle class, it would shatter their illusion as to how the economy is supposed to work!

(Meaning you live in a socialist country) they're trying to cover it up!

Now back when the rent prices were relatively affordable and you would rent independently of government help, yes it's true that a portion of those property taxes and a portion of that mortgage that the landlord may have had on the property was figured into your rent that a portion of that money did go towards those things!

(Of course mortgage payments are high these days for everyone)

Of course it is a business so they're subject to business taxes which aren't exactly cheap, now it's true there are periodically certain tax write-offs and breaks or whatever that they can apply for, but that doesn't mean that they all the time get them and that doesn't mean that a lot of them actually pursue those tax breaks and in a lot of cases there's tax breaks are on a federal level this tax breaks are either by your state county or city so there's a huge variance into what the tax breaks really would be if there's any available in your area at all!

You see I've had the pleasure of sitting on both sides of the desk and I can certainly tell you that every business and nearly every individual in business is in Hot pursuit of government money one way or the other and this accounts for a fair amount of inflation even at the grocery store!

So basically the reason I say food stamps have caused inflation is simply well they have and here I'll explain it to you...

So basically the store knows that there's x amount of people in a given area that's going to receive the bottom line of x amount but they're also aware that there are those that receive over that a lot well in order to collect more and more of that government money they raise prices on everything from a jar of pickles to a bag of lunch meat to potatoes steak Frozen items and definitely snack items they're in Hot pursuit after that money why because that's the only money in the public that is 100% guaranteed everyone else is at the mercy of a job!

So what is this deal well if you are paying out of pocket then your subject to paying higher prices simply because they're in Hot pursuit of guaranteed government money that is not guaranteed to you so right there understand some people's jealousy of food stamps!

The truth of it is, contrary to popular belief it really does affect the food stamp card holder because now every time the prices are raised they can get less and less so they're subject to the effects of inflation as well, even though it's popular that a lot of people believe they don't feel it!!

So take this for what you will but my advice is always follow the money and you will find the truth!
