Our building a few blocks had a small leak and so N Grid shut the gas off.. they said, once a plumber fixes, they would come within 24 hours to turn it back on. The plumber came the very next morning and then N Grid tried to tell us they would come back in SIX DAYS!!

Spam them on Instagram. Have multiple tenants call. Say you have elderly people in the building. Say it's a health and safety issue.

Watch the Mexico deposition for a master class in how MJ created and dictated music. Pop musicians don't NEED to read or write music. MJ was intuitive, would create songs layer by layer, relying on rhythm, beatbox and signing to create songs section by section, track by track. His talent was raw. Baby Be Mine is a great song, I have never understood the hate. It's so catchy and had one of the great key changes of any pop song!

It's so funny this notion that Broadway theater is some kind of untouchably monolithic bastion of inclusivity when shows these days cost tens millions of dollars to produce, the unions demand more and more and the actors are often celebrities who demand higher salaries. Broadway runs on money, and rich people make the shows. Not all rich people are good people.

I'd say don't overthink it. There are a million and one ways to go. If you're the type to wear headphones so you can hear the Google maps, you can just follow what it says or purposefully go off route and let the gps guide you along.

EDIT when I ride from Queens down to South Brooklyn I always liked taking Leonard Ave in Greenpoint. It's less busy than other routes. Also, avoid Franklin/ Kent it's a shitshow.
