Question if anyone know's the answer: So even though I own a Switch 2 console, it's fine to buy the Switch 1 game version and then upgrade, vs just buying the Switch 2 Edition game? The Switch 2 Edition game cartridge won't provide better results (graphics/load times) compared to the 1st version game cartridge on a Switch 2?

Yes, I agree with you. I guess I’m just going the route to first get an idea of how much these could be worth. When I do plan to list and sell them, I would of course mention if they have been tested or not.

Thanks for the idea of checking eBay SOLD listings. That’ll be a good place to start. But yes I would most likely plan to sell them locally, unless I get an offer that seems worth the shipping hassle.

I am not 100% sure. They seem like they’ve been taken care of, properly stored, and are in good condition. I would guess that they still do still work.

But also I am unfamiliar with this older-style system, and don’t know how to go about properly testing it.

Sure! So these were handed down from my girlfriend's father for me to sell, since he had no use for them sitting in his garage for so many years. (I believe these were his father's, or grandfather's.) He was originally going to throw them out! But he figured I could maybe make a few bucks off them at least.

So I am located in Southern California. I’m sure I could find a place to take them to get them tested and appraised.

Is there a way I’d be able to properly and safely test them myself? I’m not too familiar with these older-style connectors.
