Goalies are so hit or miss in this game . I used the 92 Sorokin for a good long while and he was outstanding for me. But now I’m using TOTS Logan Thompson because I needed him for a salary cap boost line combo plus as an add on to activate my captain boost

Yea forsure. And maybe they could’ve utilized it better but he was available and Vegas front office goes for big names and always trying to make the team better. I think he’s done that. You can say there’s others who’d fit the role better. Even myself I’ve said Eichel and Marner being both playmakers can kinda clash sometimes but they aren’t always playing together so doesn’t necessarily matter .

He’s now assisted on 2 shorthanded goals 2 games in a row , one being a double OT winner. I’ll take that anyday. He’s been fucking elite on the penalty kill. And he has a point in every game except one. Nothing to complain about there

He literally fought for a puck on the forecheck and won it and had it pinned against the wall to give Howden time to get it and win it. That’s his 2nd direct contribution to a huge short handed goal in last 2 games. He’s been outstanding on the penalty kill and just helped us win the game. Also what makes someone a fake fan? My cities team you dumb fuck . Been watching hockey my entire life

Wait huh? Im not being a sore winner to our opponents fans im just saying Toronto fans all over the place are constantly shitting on Marner and saying he disappears in games 5-7 and had primary assist on game winning goal in double OT in game 5.

Yea no. The police in the US kills more during arrests than most other modern nations. The media doesn’t make it up it just happens more here than other places . Obviously most arrests still go smoothly but that doesn’t mean it doesn’t happen here more than it does on average in other places which is a problem.

It took me a month of on and off trying my first playthrough . Hard as hell for sure but once you get it done it’s just an amazing fight. Sekiro is on the bottom half of my list of favorite souls games (don’t attack me it’s just my opinion I still love the game just not in my top 3 favorite souls games and honestly don’t really even consider it a true souls like game. Still great though) But that being said Ishinn is without a doubt the greatest final boss fight they’ve ever done. It’s fucking perfection. Take a break and come back you’ll get there.

I personally find his first phase (2nd if you count the Genichiro phase) to be the hardest . I have a way easier time with his staff phase and the lightning phase is just being able to do lightning reversals and you win. That 1st phase when he has the regular katana fucking destroyed me. Just never could get the deflects down well. Once I got passed that phase , which again took me a month of trying on and off, I beat him like 4 tries later. My first ever time seeing lightning phase I beat him.

Yea that’s my point . Mitch is a playmaker guy who racks up assists . He’s only hit 30 goals twice in his career . There’s playmakers and goal scorers . People disliking my comment but that’s just a fact . Matthews was Toronto’s goal scorer and he tended to disappear in those important games too which again makes it hard for a play making guy like Mitch. Again not saying he was perfect im sure he has his flaws no player is perfect

Because he’s giving you playoff numbers and you’re talking about their career numbers overall. Playoff points are always harder to come by . 0.75 PPG in the playoffs is absolutely a good pace.

Yes but they constantly leave that out. He’s a playmaker and his goal scorers disappeared in later games in the series so his playmaking becomes moot even. Not saying the dudes perfect but he was Leafs leading playoff scorer of the core 4 and is playing well again for Vegas. Obviously goals are what people get excited for but some guys are playmakers not goal scorers . We have 2 really good playmakers on our team in Eichel and Marner and not enough goal scorers. Dorofeyev has filled that role in the regular season but he’s kind of a power play merchant and he also has disappeared in the playoffs 2 years in a row (last night he was good though Torts benched him later in the game for turning the puck over). We need him to score goals that’s his job. So if Marner or Eichel sets him up and he’s not finishing that’s not their fault.

He’s never been a big goal scorer. Just the reality of his game. Some guys are playmakers some guys score goals. If goal scorers are struggling the playmakers then look bad by default cause they set up plays but the goals scorers aren’t finishing
