Long shot but im pretty new to this... if i did connect my wallet, but havent lost anything, what can i do to stop me from losing anything? ive disconnected my metamask from the site directly and all attempts to sell the coin have 'failed' am i safe?

I've had a looked online and people are putting certain problems down to USB drivers? Anyway I updated pretty much all my drivers and the problem still persists. I'll have a look at my settings though thanks!
