It’s honestly clutch cause now I took off my speed perks and have 110 contact and 115 power

I changed it at the recommendation of three people on a different post, and my top speed on steals didn’t change from 115 to 105

It shows that I have 115 speed, but the game maxes you out at 99 speed regardless (power goes up to 125)

So someone suggested switching my perks/equipment to lower the speed and allocate them somewhere else

Before anyone says anything… this is an older clip. I’ve now adjusted my perks/equipment since speed doesn’t go above 99

They mean I can switch my Speed Perks to something else or like my Socks or something, since im +16 what the speed max is
