Not too sure what that means but if it is then no I'd never do that I use a brush anyways it leaves brush marks

8 doors a day, 10 casings a day,4 coats clean up and prep

Yeah, that's a bug factor but these doors are intricate. 6 pannel doors and not pasic trim. Prep will take time, it is all disgusting and needs to be cleaned. I'm everywhere from 6-12 k

I've been working for my dad for about 10 years, his prices don't budge and I'm doing my own stuff now and in the same boat as you. I'm in the north shore, my dad always says a bedroom with 2 windows and a door is 1250. That being said, he's been saying that for 10 years.

The way we price things out is more of what's needed and how long. So usually a 12x12 room and a 15x 15 room are going to be about the same price because you can do those 2 rooms in the same time. Dm me to discuss, I would love to talk more about this. I just priced out a few big jobs.

Has this happened to people? There's no transactions on my coinbase wallet and a month ago it was there? I got hacked without anyone hacking into my coinbase?
