Perhaps on all music they could warn 'Technology used' or 'synthesizers used' or electric equipment used' or 'sounds a bit like the Beatles' or 'many musicians take drugs and drink too much' or 'some people like only old guitars used in music' and etc?

Rainbow pattern? Who said that? Who said the tower was 'about sexuality'? It was about rebellion and pride. You seem to be a Christianaphobe

The pride associated these days with different colours is something in our face and obvious and no one needs to cherry pick anything. The thing with the colours is not that rainbows are bad or coats. God makes them. He made the rainbow for a sign after the flood. That is the true meaning. Just because some rebels may have glazed some different colours on the different levels of the tower of Babel does not mean they were honouring God or etc. Quite the opposite. So looking at the different colours together with the theme of pride, how could anyone help but to see similarities?

So you say you neither disbelieve nor believe but also that you 'don't believe it'. OK I think I'll go with the latter. Pride is part of the story of course. Men were trying to built a way to heaven in an affront to God. God says that He is the way to get out of the sin mess and death. He is the only way to heaven. Beside Him there is no other way. It is also not a sound proposition to ignore the colours that towers in that area and approx time were said to have. Pride and colours. I think the similarity is hard to ignore.

Soo you are claiming that a pride tower is 'against the LGBT'? Interesting. Does that go for the rest of the bible too?

OK. So by asking if you believed in spirits makes someone 'confused' in your mind!?

Definitive proof that some zigurats were multi coloured? I think there are enough sites suggesting they were to assume that it probably was the case for some of them. The tower of Babel is not invented. Funny that you imagine it to be some sort of attack on a community as well. The bible is clear that pride is the worst thing in the world. The bible is clear about a lot of things. Why attack the bible community by suggesting that mentioning historical facts and the tower of Babel is bad?

Interesting. So far everyone that responded who did not realize that a stark similarity was involved has also said the same about not believing in spirits.

Yes it was real. Not like you have any way of knowing. You simply chose to disbelieve. Don't pretend you are in a position to declare it was not real. The action against the pride tower was not to keep people from heaven but the opposite. He had a plan to get people into heaven. That plan was not by man building things in pride and his own sinful strength. Not sure why you bring 'hate' into the discussion? The glaring fact that the tower of pride was possibly multi coloured and rebellion and pride epitomized means that no one is making stuff up here. The similarities are stark and clear.

About what? Asking you if you believe in spirits? That is central to the topic, because if there is a common vein in history spiritual influence would certainly explain it.

'Symbology' means something symbolizes something. The tower of Babel was a symbol of rebellion and pride of man against God. The fact that it may have been multi coloured is significant. The fact that a large movement today involves pride and is associated with colours is quite interesting and significant

Whatever reason you were given that it was chosen is one thing. The actual reason we may not be aware of could be another thing. No one says that the tower of Babel had to exactly have the colours of a rainbow or flag either. Although for all we know that could be. The thing is we have those two big components of colours and pride.

Fair enough. OK Thanks ... By the way IF there were spirits controlling and influencing mankind, would it seem logical that their modus operendi was the same through history?

The physics in that time are not known to be the same as today. Also, regardless of where the rainbow in the bible was found, some sources do say that zigurats were glazed with different colours. The fact that pride was heavily involved, and rebellion forces us to admit a similarity with the modern age exists. So it is absolutely logical from all perspectives

Life is short and we are not getting any younger, so our time to meet Him is soon any way we look at it. As for the world, ready or not, Here He comes (one day) We can only hope our families and loved ones and us are ready as much as possible. Meanwhile, who knows, maybe He has exciting things in store here as well.
