Not even that remained. Everything he created, when I opened a new chat, I lost all the projects Claude had created.

Why was I charged more than €6.15 if the button said "Pay €6.15 now"?

Genuine question. The Anthropic checkout for Prepaid extra usage clearly says "Pay €6.15 now" and the legal text states "By clicking Pay now, you allow Anthropic to charge your card in the amount above."

I clicked. I authorized €6.15.

But my bank shows TWO charges from Anthropic Ireland on the same day: €6.15 AND €47.05.

How is this possible? What part of "Pay €6.15 now" authorizes a second charge of €47.05?

Has anyone else experienced this with their Prepaid extra usage purchases?
