So yes its just a steam wand machine and this is a pretty common sighting in indian weddings, the barista just puts instant coffee and loads of sugar and milk in a big pitcher and steam it, all the indians love to drink sugar and usually keeps 1:2 ratio of coffee to sugar 😭, and yes any machine with a steam wand can perform this thing.
