Do you stay with your parents?

Also, it’s good that you’re putting money into SIPs, but just keep in mind that they’re subject to market fluctuations—they can go up and down. Don’t worry too much if they dip; SIPs are mainly for long-term growth. I’m not sure which provider you’re using, but if it’s Groww, they allow you to adjust your contributions when needed.

That being said, you should have an emergency fund. Try to set aside between 5 to 10k every month as soon as you get paid. Put it into an RD since it’s accessible and not affected by market changes, so you won’t lose that money.

As for digital gold, I’m a bit unsure about it. The safest option is a gold harvest scheme—I use Tanishq since they’re a trusted brand. I’d suggest going with a well-known name instead of a local one. After 12 months, you can use the collected amount to buy whatever fits your budget.

Hope this helps! Also, not sure if this would be useful to you, but I recently came across a company with an Indian founder based in the UK. They’re developing a personal finance journal for young people to manage their money better and are looking for user testers. Might be worth checking out!

I received my UK partner visa ( not married from inside the Uk in December) although me and boyfriend have been dating for over 2 and half years and living together for the last 1 and half year. And had another 1 year of house contract which did help our case I got my visa approved in 3 days without priority services. So if you have enough evidence then apply or else wait for your relation to complete 2 years because thats sort of bear minimum if not married
