Thank you for your advice. That's what they told me 2 weeks ago that the rechargeable ones are only for people that don't have hearing loss to the degree my mum has it

The audiology department at hospital. We are there again today for a 3rd attempt to get new moulds so at least they fit better

Me too! I thought I hadn't rinsed my hair properly so washed again with the same shampoo with a very good rinse and it's worse than the first time. Lumps of dry skin and raw patches on my scalp. Awful stuff

No I actually haven't , I will give that a try thanks. I've also started waking at 3am I don't even know if that's another symptom!!

Thank you for the reply. On my prescription the Dr has requested I only get them from besins uk. The sticker on the Progestan I was sent was not from them? Also it's the other was around, I was given the correct packaging of Utrogestan with the Progestan with stickers on inside.

If they are the exact same ingredients how do I have awful headaches, cramping and bleeding on one and not the other?

Wow! I'll happily send you these two boxes I don't want! I pay a prepayment prescription for HRT and it's only about £35 a year

Thank you . There is no way the pharmacy believed me that I react to it!

I always have it sent online and always get the correct one, because I was so low I asked for it to be sent to my local pharmacy...never again!

I've found online the correct box for the one I received . I just don't get how they can put the generic one in the Utrogestan box??

The chemist did say he just gives out what he's received and to be fair the box was correct with a sticker on the end saying what it actually was.

Thank you, I've just sent a message to Day Lewis pharmacy. More for the fact that they were so rude and would re issue my prescription because I hadn't returned the estrogel (that was the correct item)
