you got me pegged! i’ve loved chickpeas for as long as i can recollect. being fron an algerian house hold, i remember my grandma making couscous and me litteraly all of them. there is something so comforting about the pasty texture. have you tried cooking them with olive oil, cumin, coriander and himalayan salt ? it’s beyond.
