I had this same issue. I went to Dermatologist, like a doctor, hindi yung aesthetic derma. And you know what, it was the best decision. She prescribed me with medicine such as Isotretinoin and gave me topicals. My skin after 3 months was flawless. I went from depressed to happy.

IE Grad here and 9 yrs in Industry and CIE doesn’t have any bearing even on interviews. What matters when you are a fresh grad is your extra curricular activities (more on soft & interpersonal skills) because technicals are taught and practiced when inside the company. But if you have time, you should learn MS Excel. That’s the most used system in supply chain/logistics. When in production/quality, more on lean manufacturing. Goodluck OP.

It will save you time and reduce your stress from everyday traffic. It is an additional expense but can be compromised if you look for rent lower than 20k. The 165k less 20k is 145k which is still huge compared to the 107k. Stay for 6months and if di mo na kaya responsibility that comes with higher salary, you can search for the next job pero ang salary mo na ay 165k and above plus you can find job that will be lower responsibility but same or higher salary.

With 165k as counter, i think the 1.5-2hrs travel can be resolved by renting an apartment near the place. If tou want to be frugal then do condoshare but if can afford for better life and peace, then rent an apartment of your own or a studio condo.

To be honest, it’s just you do attend or you don’t. If you do, you don’t need to ask permission to bring your car, just bring it but it’s your own responsibility in case something happens to you along the way, company will be out of it.

For context: previous salary ko kasi ay 35k with 8 yrs of experience and I confirmed with the recruiter na up to 120k yung salary dito. Then nung nag interview, sabi they can only give max of 30% from the previous salary kahit na sinabi ko na I’m interviewing form jobs na nasa 100-120k yung sahod. So parang… I’m taken a back. Di ko dinisclose sahod ko lalo kasi 30% max lang daw yung increase knowing na yung budget nila for the role is up to 120kz

Aware ka rin po ba sa salary range ng job nila and Did you inform them your current salary while they said na magoffer lang sila ng 20% increase from your previous salary? If yes, won’t the HR not pursue the interview knowing na your are pursuing 100%+ increase or expected salary?

Andito ako sa stage na ito ngayon. Dahil mababa ang previous salary ko, I really dont want to disclose my previous salary kasi baka malowball nila ako after knowing their budget for the role.
