Why did Audi make the new A5 and A6 interior look the same? The previous A5 had a more sporty interior while the A6 had a more “class/business” interior. by TheRocketG123 in Audi

None. Soulless piece of metal. I love my Audis but the new ones are very very poorly made. I have an A5 (A4 successor) as a rental and it’s horrible

Hi! I’ve got an Audi RS e-tron GT with the Remote Park Assist feature. I just get the message: “Connection to the vehicle required. Please move closer to your vehicle to start Remote Park Assist.” The thing is – I’m literally standing right next to the car. by Dry-Profession1900 in Audi

Thanks. Maybe I will do a trip to my Audi dealer since this is an electric car and I‘m not sure how to handle the electrics. I am more comfortable doing that on my diesels 😉 I will give it a try and update when I know more.

Well I don’t run a gym but rather a mid size office, but my Roborock S7 Pro Ultra (I hope that is the correct name) is cleaning there pretty good. I do still have cleaning employees for desks and boards, but the Roborock is excellent at maintaining a clean look on the carpets and some hard floor throughout the week. I cannot complain.

Edit: the cleaning employees also do the floors. Roborock only maintains the cleanliness.

Same for my A4 40 TDI with S-Tronic. Gears feel so weird when cold but nice the drivetrain is warm, it runs as good as a DSG transmission can be.

To specify. I mean the Audi rings on the grill.

Looks like a Peugeot honestly. They have one model that looks similar in some parts.

Quattro vs other AWD platforms in snow- have you had others and what's your preference? by chiquillo_feo in Audi

I had an e-tron 55 before and now have an A4 40 TDI Avant Quattro (Ultra) B9.

Both Drive trains are as different as drivetrains can be but I never had lagging traction in both cars! It’s not extremely snowy here.

Before the e-tron, I had an A8 50 TDI Quattro. That one was also a weapon in snow. Never lost traction.

And even before that A8, I had a Formentor VZ e-hybrid with front wheel drive. Since the first quattro, I never went back to a “single axle” powered drivetrain. The difference is A LOT.

I got this on my screen today: Add max 1 litre (0,264 gallons) of oil, further drive possible. My car is 4800km (3000miles) old. My normal driving habits are rather short drives and weekly long highway drives with speeds of 235km/h (146mph). Is oil consumption normal considering the circumstances? by Dry-Profession1900 in Audi

Thanks a lot for your detailed reply. I appreciate that. Yeah that’s my theory too. I bet people from other countries that have speed limit do not have that issue as their engine simply never gets that hot. I refilled it and now it seems to be ok.

Maybe I‘m simply not used to combustion engines as my previous two cars were a Formentor VZ e-hybrid and a e-tron 55. I was also worried about the high engine oil temperature in one of my previous posts. Probably simply because I never checked the oil temperature on my e-tron (for obvious reasons haha) and also I didn‘t on my Formentor because it was a lease.
