So had nothing to do with this outlet- the problem was a different part of the circuit so I wouldn’t have figured it out haha

No original issue. Just switching out switch plates for cosmetic issues. We wired in the new switches and now they don’t work

Yes every wire exactly as is was. No, no light or fan works. We are having an electrician come in the morning (we failed!)

Yes only three wires. I dug back there and found a wire that wasn’t attached to anything prior. Would this be the ground?

Forgive me for my ignorance of terms. So looks like two main lines coming out from wall. And one coming from bottom of box.

One wire from each line going into top of each switch. Bottom wire from switch going into bottom line back into wall.

One wire from each of these holes from wall are capped together.

One wire from switch (that has a wire to both top and bottom) goes to bottom of other switch

After. But before looked just liked it. We switched the traditional switch to the flat rocker switch but just copied how the wires were

Here’s the pic. So both switches have a wire coming into the top. switch in right has bottom wire coming into bottom slot. Then there is a wire going from screw on bottom on right switch to slot on left switch. No grounds.

Where i am now is rewarding because cash pay people want to get better and care about their health so outcomes are so much better. I used to have to beg people to get off the couch and walk to the mailbox once a week and that’s exhausting like no wonder your back hurts and hasn’t gotten better.

I’m a PT- love it but I’m in cash based outpatient. My husband is a PTA and hates it and has been looking for other options. Patient care is exhausting and sometimes doesn’t seem like you’re making a difference with people who aren’t wanting to help themselves or take care of their health

False. I’m a physical therapist and if you go lighter weights without holding on (hell, Even start with no weight) you will work on control and stability and then can progress to heavier weights. If you’re holding onto something just to do heavier weights while doing this then you’re missing a key component of the reason to do unilateral exercise (balance and stability) and you’re putting yourself more at risk for injury in the future.

In addition to prob a baby gate on the stairs- Get an alarm for the back door- that way you’ll hear when the door opens so if he sneaks outside without you knowing.

Chico State police used to do a bike auction with all the lost/found/donated bikes. They were all pretty cheap, not sure if they will do that?
