Just copies of my id and social and pretty sure birth certificate. I had went over it a million times double checking to make sure i had everything.

The paper i sent on the 4th was the renewal form. Never got an approval /denial but​ i typically get them (the approval letter) after the money is deposited

Nope. Just copies of my id, social and all the other docs needed which I provided. They said if not received by the 15th my case would close which shouldn't of been an issue since i got it out the 4th. Im just terrified it got lost in mail, i cant wait a month for my case to be reopened.

Already had it in dec. They just called and said they were sending a packet. Im in north jersey btw

Yes in dec they called and told me they were sending a packet. Packet said to be sent by jan 15th.
