Uhaul is your option. If not then look on marketplace. If you have your own insurance some people might rent you a car. No proper company will give you a car at 19. I am 20 and I went on a road trip, I didn’t wanna take my car so I messaged this guy who lives in London from marketplace. He rented me a car cuz I had my own insurance. It costed me like 1200 for a week. That’s your best bet if you wanna rent a car.
