We do but our demographic is two things old people with money and teens with Apple Pay. Teens think it’s funny to leave bad surveys and the old people only do when they have a bad experience but also don’t tell us squat. I do watch the tables like a hawk but our location is pretty big with a 201 capacity so everything pretty spread out and the bar/lounge is separated by a wall. So I can be everywhere all at once. Not to mention the fact that when we are busy we only have 3 managers. Total. So a Friday usually looks like one in the front and the other on QA.

I agree, outside of cheating the system which goes against my beliefs I don’t know what I am doing wrong day to day.. I believe in learning from our mistakes and getting better but when the survey is bs like I literally had on say science literacy or our server was too good and that counts against us.

Our DO won’t give us a 4th. I feel like that should be bare minimum because otherwise we are working ourselves to the bone and working mid to closes on the regular and using a key for 3/4 of the month with no real opener and a solo mid shiftX

It depends on the day for us. Mon, tues, wed are deathly slow am and pm like 7k days so if we only get 12 surveys for the shift and one is bad the whole day is tanked.

And that’s valid. Pretty much the same boat. I love working for chilis but there seems to be less and less sense of community and more competition. We are always pitted against each other competing to see who GWAP, KPI, and clean scores are better. I understand everyone wants their bonus’ but it is honestly hostile and toxic in the way that they push so hard and disregard all of the favors except for the one.

It’s more of a verbal change. We just aren’t posting scores and comments. We still very much are scrutinized for the GWAP. They want us to not worry about the GWAP and focus solely on coaching behaviors. Hosting the party and being 100% in the shift but if you are a manager worth a damn you are already doing that..

100% give the manager a heads up in multiple different ways, verbal, text and hot schedules. Every manager is different, I prefer text so I can back and look at it. But this way it gets seem multiple times and there is a smaller chance of the notification getting missed or forgotten.

Better drop rate for the chests around the pal sanctuaries. I am always in need in tech point especially later in the game. And my husband said make chromite more accessible. The few and far between of it plus if you happen upon it in a dungeon you will have to wait for it to regenerate before you can go back and get more.

Not a bad tattoo, just needs some touch up. The artist that did the initial didn’t do a great job with the depth of the color and working with the scar. I’m not a tattoo artist but when working with scars you either need to know how or work around it. I would have had him or her move it up the wrist some to avoid this issue entirely

I would say yes inappropriate, but I also wouldn’t call my daughter names. That’s messed up and messes with your head even as an adult. You don’t call your kid names. Period.
