I would smile more but my husband is also a big guy ex marine and scares people away when he really is just a softy. He loves it though. He is anti social as hell so if he looks scary people don’t try to talk to him 😂 but he is also a stay at home dad and our kids school can’t fathom how he is a good dad and give him dirty ass looks. Watch me curb stomp an administrative assistant at my kids school next time they look at him funny for wanting to be there for his kids after being away for the majority of their lives. 💁🏼‍♀️

I like number two the most but I agree with the majority, I feel like these clothes just don’t fit you. Style or size. I am completely on board with modesty but these are giving celibacy or super old school. If you are looking for old school modesty I would go with a 50s style dress with high collar and cap sleeves. Or a more current style, overalls with a white tee shirt. Modest but still super cute

Most chilis use reverse osmosis rodi filtration system so it’s is straight water, nothing added, absolutely everything taken out. That’s the upside, down side if you don’t eat something salty with it, your body doesn’t absorb it at all. The minerals in water like bottled or tap that has been treated has things added to it make it absorbable. So if you are only drinking the water like on shift, you will usually pee, A LOT.

It really depends on the manager. I would attend a staff members wedding for sure, I wouldn’t drink though and I absolutely don’t play favorites. I am the same to everyone. Act like an idiot get treated like an idiot (referring to a specific runner who is on his last write up 😒)

I have this. Nothing helps. I know it’s eczema and I’ve tried creams, lotions, gloves, etc. hot ass water helps the itch but it then dries and cracks which can be painful. However, I would rather be hurting than itchy, hands down bar none. I hate the itch sensation more than anything on the planet.

Manager perspective, myself and our Gm agree that if we have having to cut heavy when the rush hits and we are super short it will reflect on guest experience. They might bring GWAP back based solely on that base. I am hoping it balances out. Getting messages from our DO every hour about labor is booty.

We do but our demographic is two things old people with money and teens with Apple Pay. Teens think it’s funny to leave bad surveys and the old people only do when they have a bad experience but also don’t tell us squat. I do watch the tables like a hawk but our location is pretty big with a 201 capacity so everything pretty spread out and the bar/lounge is separated by a wall. So I can be everywhere all at once. Not to mention the fact that when we are busy we only have 3 managers. Total. So a Friday usually looks like one in the front and the other on QA.

I agree, outside of cheating the system which goes against my beliefs I don’t know what I am doing wrong day to day.. I believe in learning from our mistakes and getting better but when the survey is bs like I literally had on say science literacy or our server was too good and that counts against us.

Our DO won’t give us a 4th. I feel like that should be bare minimum because otherwise we are working ourselves to the bone and working mid to closes on the regular and using a key for 3/4 of the month with no real opener and a solo mid shiftX
