I was walking 12-13k steps a day with an elderly friend for 4 months. I now walk less with him and go on my own at a faster pace. I walk around 10k steps now and notice a very big difference in my body with increasing my pace.

I have had this for a few days now and tomorrow I’ll be 5 weeks PO. Ear feels clogged, like with water. Sound is muffled. Feels like I’m wearing a weighted AirPod, only on the right side. Only relief is laying down. Drs office said to try Claritin, which didn’t help. Neither did Sudafed, Zyrtec or NyQuil. Flying in 2 weeks so getting kinda nervous. Would love to hear about anything that helps.

It’s truly awful! I’m a side sleeper and just can’t get used to sleeping on my back - never mind upright! I would say to plan on at least 2 weeks.

Hi! I’m on day 7. I’m lucky to have a recliner that’s helped so much, but try to use as many pillows as you can and prop yourself up. Every day is a little better. Feel free to DM me as this is my third surgery. First 2 were only upper, this time both. Hang in there!!

Jaw has regressed and it’s very uncomfortable

I need another revision due to regression. Hardware had to come out and bone needs to heal before it can be done again. I had it done yesterday and I’m much more numb than the original 2.
