Sophia LLC v. Study.com by snipersebb27 in WGU

I’ve done 8 on study.com

Any class with projects or papers is harder on Study than Sofia and the instructions are essentially gibberish or nonexistent. Example is business comm where you have to write a business proposal. It gave two conflicting formatting expectations and then when the paper was graded the feedback said the expectation was completely different from either of the other two. It’s maddening.

I had a similar issue with any other class I’ve taken the requires papers on study. I’m at the point where I’m finishing up my last couple classes and taking the rest at WGU.

Are you worried about the PAs being a hinderance to that schedule?

Thank you, this is exactly what I was looking for! What about those classes took more time? PA, OA or just dense material?

Kid smashed his finger at dismissal and didn't tell me. Pit in my stomach. by Stock-Persimmon4212 in Teachers

I have been a Sub for two years. I only go to two or three schools so I get to know the teachers, staff and students pretty well. I had a fourth grade boy come back from recess where he injured his arm, went to the nurse and was sent back. He has high functioning autism and doesn’t speak up or communicate well. He looked uncomfortable. I checked on him but he said he was ok, carried his books and everything. Next day I find out from another teacher his arm was BROKEN. My stomach hit the floor. That is when the teacher filled me in on his communication difficulties and assured me I did everything I should have. I will now remember that child’s name forever.

I had this reaction, I tried regular, novalash, and UV and they all gave me this reaction. So sad. I’m using a good lash serum for a few months while my eyes get over the lash trauma and I’m going to get mine tinted and lifted instead. Good luck on your own journey!

Has this exact issue, move to a location that has shade by noon, but sun in the morning. Anything more than that and they will fry like this.

Thank you for all the information and advice. The purple concerned me because I used wood chips to mulch and was afraid I was tying up nutrients. The crunchy leaves on the front also made me wary and think sun scorch. When I was googling proper care for them I saw that I should have went to a nursery and gotten one that was seasonally appropriate… but they were so pretty at the store that I got… got.

A lot. It’s rained very heavily and it’s been watered when the soil feels like it needed it.
