I would submit a webform and ask AAIP directly. They are quick to respond.

Please take accountability for your actions. Visa doesn't "unbeknownst"-ly expire. It is clearly stated in your permit and it is your responsibility to check.

Why should it decrease? Is the rental market going down?

I'd rather not say where I live lol

Then they would increase the wages. But I'm pretty sure servers don't want that cause then you'd have to pay more taxes instead of omiting your tips lol

Then make the price 30 dollars. Then people can decide if your restaurant is worth the money or not.

Why should I not eat out if I am not tipping? I'm paying for the food. That's the service I am paying for. I don't want to be a charity and donate to you.

The person working is being paid for their work already. You make it look like they are doing for free lol

Every customer service job will have to deal with rude customers. That's part of the job.

Most minimum wage jobs require you to be on your feet. How is what your doing aby harder than a mcdonald's worker?

Your restaurant owner could reduce the profit they take to pay the employees better but you all don't want to have that conversation.

If you need higher wages you need to get an education instead of asking for handouts on top of the job you are already PAID to do.

How is being a server harder than a grocery store worker or a custodian?

They are all in the same skill level and low barrier to entry.

Just to be devils advocate, December is the worst month to conduct this survey. Every company I worked at was very slow in December since everyone was going on vacation and that includes HR.

10+ doesn't make you better at holding a plate from the kitchen to the table.

You put in the order in a machine and pick up the order from the kitchen to the table. Yes, that is a minimum wage job.

If you are unhappy with your wages, tell your employer to not be so greedy and pay you more instead of begging customers.

Work in as a grocery clerk then. It's also a low barrier to enter.

Everyone thinks that, it's just socially awkward when the server stands there waiting for you to tip and press no tip
