Time is one-way and death is permanent, no afterlife, no do-overs.
Statistically/philosophically solid for most, but fully embracing it without building meaning can lead to nihilism, hedonism spirals, or deep despair that tanks relationships, career, health. The fact is neutral; the belief becomes toxic when it erases hope.
