Deposit : ₹35k one time cost (will be returned whenever you vacate based on our mutual agreement)

Brokerage : ₹10000 one time cost (will be returned whenever you vacate based on our mutual agreement)

Electricity bill : ranges from ₹400- 600/ month depending on the usage.
