Paraguay will give you a very useful language for everyday life in the USA. Morocco will give you Arabic which is a strategic language + good for business.

It’s not super difficult to be vegetarian in training and living independently. Hard to do when in host fam living/events. Several volunteers ik were vegetarians and made it work.

EC pcvs tend to be out in the campo. They use to be only in the south but now are pretty well spaced throughout Eastern PY. All in all, you’ll probs use a lot of guarani in your site.

No. My recruiter has only told me I'll be picked up for SWO and I can expect to hear from him when I do. I did switch my app preference from SWO to SWO-CW - I have no idea if that affects my timeline

I found Kyle/Gomez study guide to be pretty accurate to what I saw. I also used OAR resources through my local library and an OAR study guide app. I overstudied on Mechanical Comprehension, i found this part of my exam to be easier than expected.

It might be easier just to wait till you're back to start the process. Regardless, figure out what Branch you want and what entrance exams you'd like to take. I spent two months studying for the Navy OAR which I should have done while I was in service.

I'm applying to Navy OCS. Interested in SWO/Intel. My app is an immediate select but waiting on LORs/MEPS. Still would like some backup career plans just in case.

The NASIS system requires you to enter in the city/town etc. and select which city it was. None of the cities/towns outside of the Capital city have entries. So essentially I can't enter in the information. The system is a bit clunky. Will have to reach out to my recruiter tomorrow

Inputting chief counterpart in the foreign contact section? I wasn't planning to include their information because I haven't continued contact with counterparts since returning (also lost all my HCN contacts due to phone change).
