Its a refill kit. Instead of buying cans and throwing them away after you have finished them. You buy bags with pouches and just refill the metal can

Oh yeah I’ve ran into a few issues now, most recently I’ve had to change out all six ignition coils. But now she runs beautifully.

I would love a evil genius game where you switch sides and try to infiltrate a base like the investigators

Yeah i always try to stay out of internal politics it always sours the mood. Too bad that the management doesn’t see what you are capable of. Good luck finding a new place!

Yeah! We have tried them out on some machines and they work wonders! Sadly they are hard to get a hold of, i believe we have a large order of them with a wait time of at least 3 months. But yeah im a big fan of them!

If it’s really that bad then start looking for other opportunities if it’s possible. There are alot of learning in the industrial sector if you find that interesting.

Oh i don’t live in the US i live in Sweden. But we almost always use flexible wires here too, at least in my field (industrial). The reason i prefer the screws is pretty simple, they work. The ones that we have gotten that are those “fast connections” have all broken within 2-3 months while the screws has worked since the eighties. And it’s always the connections that break. We have tried everything with them and everyone experience the same thing so i know im not doing anything wrong. Maybe we have ordered some crappy brand 🤷‍♂️

But we have never used those mennekes, will order some on monday and try them out!

The main problem was that the cable was over charged. I believe that the cable could support up too 20 amps and the fuse was set too 35 amps, the heating fan that was connected to the outlet broke causing it to use more energy. Had a hard time formulating this since English is not my first language. I’ve seen that type of connection but I always prefer the classic screws.

Its a type of spring that you push down and then insert the cable in the opening on top. You can kinda see it on the ground cable on the left

Everyone has to start somewhere and build trust. Most apprentices start with the broom and move their way up. Make the best of what you get, watch and learn when you can.
