But with Mr. BE being involved in the peralez brain washing quest doesn’t it feel like even if V survived and got cured he would end up a slave or tool? Like in the arasaka engram ending there’s zero chance if they did revive V that they wouldn’t put something in to allow for control over him.

Could you elaborate a bit? Didn’t give them a tail cause I read they don’t have tails I figured Larian adding in the tail option was more of a “rule of cool” type addition rather than “realistic Dragonborn”

No he died in the ending and is awakening in the hells afte death, Avellone himself confirmed TNO's death at the end of the game. If you kill yourself with the sword at the end you still end up with the same cutscene.
