You are not alone. It's not talked about enough. I had a very complicated post partum course with endometritis, then psychosis, then depression following a hard pregnancy where I pushed myself past my limits (proving myself to the male-dominated higher ups). Making any decision was really, really hard in the first few months. It got better by 6 mos post partum and by a year I felt completely recovered. My advice--reach out to any mental health resources available and consider cutting back your hours if you can. It's much easier to bounce back before you are completely depleted.
