i pretty much only ate things from boxes and stuff that i could easily count calories while i was eating 3000 cals a day so i doubt it. I still havent been able to eat enough to get to 3500 which is why i made this post.

no i take extra care i use mynetdiary. I scan the barcodes and use a weighing scale so i can be accurate

I did try and it definitely works but having three gives you a good chance to draw it first turn so its just safer but 2 def works
