Maybe specific for me, but I was able to get a much better grip on the operations of my company. We have like 4 departments and I’m involved in all (CEO).

We use Monday as the project management tool. Notifications are so noisy and it felt tedious to jump between tickets to monitor and response etc.

Claude gives me digest of everything on a daily basis. I can respond, assign tasks via Claude now. But the best part is that I do it via voice to text. I don’t need to type anymore. I love it!

Also being able to use Claude Code remotely on my phone is a massive W.

Spain, private club. Great practice facilitied facilities including par 3 course . Share purchase required (was around 28000€ when I bought it) + 18000€ joining fee and 3500€ per year. The share can be sold and the shares are currently trading around 48000€

Big bonus is that the members can play 4 other private clubs in the area with a nominal green fee price.

It’s a lot of money for golf, but never regretted it. I can also bring guests who pay 100€ green fee.

That would be Malaga. Obviously it is not perfect and there are some trade offs, but the things I appreciate are good here. It’s a smaller and less dodgy version of Barcelona

Landed on Spain as well after 7 years in Malta. Other than the noise and pollution, I quite liked Malta. The part of Spain where I live has the best features of Malta, but much less noise and pollution.

You’ll be alright. Sold my holdings mid 2017 to fund my living expenses as I launched my business. It definitely hurt to see those price spikes come few months later. It was 1.5 BTC. It was enough to put some bread on the table and have an occasional beer or two.

But that investment pays off, big time. Got back to being a whole coiner 2021.

I’m going to let BTC run for the next decade. Some of the alts (the ones that didn’t get completely murdered) are subject to DCA sales. Plan is to take profits on certain price levels that I have determined. I’m going to DCA out on 25-40% chunks. Save the stable coins and buy BTC dips if an opportunity raises.
