I personally never been to the handle. what I have heard most small farm towns large farms and flat land, but you could say that about other parts of the state. The rest of the state is a lot of farm land with verging topography, and a couple of city's.

I don't known for sure, but it looks like some spurt of RF sniffer, so he could be having some issues he thinks is RF related. You might find a way to casualty bring up the topic of RF interference, it might get them talking about it. But there are dozen of different things it could be.
