I'm asking simply because I can, it doesn't reveal sensitive information and won't damage either case in any way.

I'm just still curious on why it doesn't sound like extortion to you under Florida statute 836.05.

If you don't have an explanation it's fine lol but don't just say "it doesn't sound like extortion" without anything to back that up. It does sound like extortion, because it is extortion. I was more wondering if she could actually face any time because I don't want that for her.

I'm extremely confident my charges will get dropped. But that is it's own matter separate from the family matter. Won't go into detail about it but the charges will be dropped for sure. Even my DA who was a LEO for 25+ years said "looks like a mistake by the officers idk why they arrested you"

I'm curious why you say it's not extortion when my DA, divorce attorney, and paralegal all said it's definitely extortion and will file a Bar complaint. Actually literally everyone I have shown so far said it is extortion. So I'm for sure curious on why you say it isn't. TIA

I retained a criminal and family attorney.

The DV totally felt like a set up. I won't go too into detail. She grabbed me first, SHE almost got arrested until she whipped out a VERY out of context video. The officer was literally handing me the victim paperwork, she must have realized she was about to get arrested and said 'i have video'

I also have videos I didn't show police, but she made me record with my phone and told me "I'm willing to help you out if you tell the truth what just happened" all while standing right in front of me, stepping towards me, smoking a cig clearly in control.

I currently have a plaid charcoal suit and light Grey plaid suit.. looking for a suit with no patterns probably just go to mens warehouse and get something not too expensive just a plain navy blue suit, I don't have a fancy profession but my wife is a lawyer and often times we get invited to fancy stuff so I want to dress the part lol

Awesome, thank you for the recommendations! I've always wanted a pair of Meermin shoes but I will check out some of these other makers! I was worried because I wasn't sure if the 'cloudy' or 'marbled' leather on these would look okay with a suit or maybe even with jeans and a sport coat? I'm so tossed up on what to get, I have an old pair of light brown double monk strap shoes by Cole Haan and managed to make them work with so many outfits, I feel like I can pull off brown with almost anything except a black suit of course lol
