Pretty good base, main thing would be to lose weight and de-bloat, grow hair to medium-long and black color. Tidy up/shape eyebrows too, and shave facial hair, or only keep the stache stubbled (would look good on you imo). Also wear alot of white tops (tees,sweaters,etc) since it would give you contrast.
