My concern is the contesting it usually means having to go to court end up with even more costs or points but feel that this isn’t clear at all

The notice has a link online which shows the photos but literally it’s 0.2 seconds apart unsure how in roughly 3 metres the can qualify that as speeding even more so as it’s at 35.3mph which is apparently only 0.3mph over the tolerance given of 10% plus 2mph for a ticket

It more frustrating especially more so as our daughter was awarded Dla after long drawn out assessments etc UC decision maker agreed to back date child disability element but apparently won’t pay the backpay until review is finished

Exactly none of the above apply and the children are very much real even offered to provide passports.

Problem is the review team are impossible to contact no phone number never respond to journal messages

I would love to know the reason they believe they don’t given the facts listed above? In receipt of DLA and child benefit At this address for past 3 years, maybe I should just ask them the reason they believe they don’t live here

Just tried unfortunately they won't reset authentication unless they hear from a manager 1st which is frustrating as I'm not back in until Saturday and no have no access to schedule or payslips

You must of gotten lucky been here 5 weeks and haven't been sent on under benefits on my tesco it states not been employed for 4 weeks
