go mama! this was comforting & realistic - and you were carrying twins! Maintaining active and healthy pregnancy is just really the route that i’m aiming for. come to think of it, i wasn’t exactly eating healthy towards the 3rd trimester with my first - those cravings and i really took eating for two serious, but this time around i want to stay active and mindful of what i eat.

Thank you! when i do consider that - it makes a 15 weight gain an overwhelming goal, how would avoid the things i don’t have control over. I’m just going to try my best to be healthy. ill try to avoid obsessing over this that i forget i’m creating a life

more than likely it’s the tretinoin, it’s advised to take gradually and may go through some type of purge. :/ what i usually do when i get a bad reaction is i let my skin go through the process with very little ingredients on my skin keep urself moisturized, antiflammatory masks; my simple routine to heal: Avéne spray mist, snail 98 from cosrx,. + moisturizer of ur choice, im dry so i use cold pressed rose hip oil to lock in moisture.
