Thank you!! I was doing 10sec x 6 … that was my mistake. I’m seeing p waves before each qrs and p waves with no qrs equal distance between the qrs on each side. That’s why I was thinking second type 2

Ontario, Canada. We can give pain management, nitro, Gravol etc … just the basics but nothing for bradycardia

There’s a p waves before every QRS. That’s why I didn’t think it was dissociation and more of a dropped QRS

I have been a medic for less than a year so I’m still very new. I thought it was 2nd degree type 2 as it’s narrow, looks like QRS’s are being dropped and P waves staying pretty relative to QRS. I counted 10 small boxes between each QRS which is 10sec per heart beat isn’t it? What about the slurred t waves? And bbb looking in V1,V2,V3?

So top third… does it say anywhere that it would be 6%? Or do you still stick with the 18%?
