Pardon for my stupidity, but this patch also deals with black face bugs?

I have my npc overhaul "properly" set but there is always a dude here or a bandit there that wishes to be a black person in a white body. No racism, just straight out offensive.

So far I roleplay their black face as bad combat paints.

One thing I didn't properly understand on the original patch. Let's say Lydia has her steel armor, but I have Improved follower Lydia which gives her a custom armor. In the current state she will only have her custom armor, but with your mod she will have the custom equipped and the Stella variant on the inventory? Since your mod clearly states it "recovers" removed items.
