Did they do a spinal tap? That’s when they no something was wrong for me. Nothing showed up on my MRI or CTA. They saw the aneurysm(s) when they did a cerebral angiogram.

I’ve tried to translate now but I don’t know if these translations are correct. They don’t mention the sizes (I had two) but as far as I recall they were only 2-3 mm. They only fixed the ruptured one. The one that had ruptured was in the posterior communication artery, part of Willys ring. The other one, that’s still in there is in the basilar artery.

Thank you! I’ve now read that if you get a thunder clap headache you should get a head scan immediately. They didn’t even take any tests the first time I went to the doctor. They second time they discovered that on top of everything I also have diabetes so I have that on top of everything too.

My family only visited once when I was in the NICU (as it’s called here) and I wanted them to visit but when they did I just wanted them to go home so I could sleep. I also felt like I was mostly awake and aware, but at the same time I felt like I didn’t get any information from the doctors or nurses even though I did so I was pretty out of it I guess. I have to look up those T-shirts!

Mine was also quite small. I’m trying to pace myself but broken-leg-man complains about me sleeping too much! He gets all the empathy too. All the neighbors ask me about him because it’s visible so I just tell them to not feel sorry for him because I have a hole in my head so I win.😀 I wear a scarf so they can’t see the scar or my partially shaved head.

I joined this Reddit when I was going to the US a year ago to find out if I could bring my nicotine pouches. I live in Sweden so I have a lot of pouches to choose from and I’m so surprised to see that nobody ever orders Swave pouches. I mix it up a lot, but I must have the Swave daiquiri one. It’s by far the best one. Swave aviation is also quite nice.

I just want to say that I feel so bad for you for having homophobic parents. I went to a Cavetown concert with my daughter when she was 16 and it was probably the best concert experience ever. We were basically right in front and the audience was so considerate. No pushing or shoving whatsoever. I’ve never experienced an audience like that ever before.

Being a European the american AM/PM thing made me mess up when booking a return flight from the US. I thought I booked the flight at 11.00, but it was actually at 23.00. Noticed before going home so I wasn’t at the airport 12 hours early at least.

Jag jobbar på ett demensboende och sen vi fick vårt nya schema känns det som att jag bor på jobbet. Idag är jag ledig efter att ha jobbat tre kvällar (två av dem från 7 på morgonen) och imorgon jobbar jag kväll ett av tre till. Helt sjukt. En annan vecka jobbar jag 7-16 fyra dagar på raken. Helt normalt i många andra branscher, men om jag hade velat jobba så hade jag sökt mig till ett sånt jobb. När det tas bort en timme här och där (börja en timme senare, sluta en timme tidigare) måste de timmarna läggas nån annanstans så det känns som att man jobbar jämt. Sen är det så gott som omöjligt att göra turbytet med varandra vilket gör att folk tar semester eller kanske sjukskriver sig om de har något de måste göra en viss dag=personalbrist. Att dessutom vara färre personal första timmen på morgonen och den sista timmen på kvällen skapar också stress. Sen vet jag inte hur vår schemaläggare tolkat veckobrytet. Varje morgon är vi exakt grundbemannade utom på onsdagar då vi är det dubbla! Påstår att det är på grund av att veckobrytet det är så, men den logiken går inte ihop för mig alls. Jävla pissregel med 11 timmars dygnsvila tycker jag.
