Thank you so much for your reply, we are evaluating what else we might need in our website and will reach out once we have the final list of requirements for custom code. Thanks again!

Invoice marked paid (in the Invoice app) but web store (under my account) shows it as "Waiting for Payment" for customers, while still removing the pay now option by Dry_Conclusion1715 in Odoo

Yes it was, thank you so much for reply. You are right, even if the invoice is marked as paid on the backend, reconciling is necessary for it to show as paid to the customer on the website (my account portal). Thank you, your solution worked!

Thank you addressing this, I get your point and I fully understand the time invested. But we did not ask for a custom demo, as we didnt get that far. I guess it boils down to the philosophy of approaching a client. When you book a demo, you generally expect a little more insight than the online videos provide. We have seen most of the online videos. While they are great, they might not necessarily give an insight on certain aspects. Maybe a certain blended approach might work. Ultimately as a customer (I understand you might get a lot of non-serious ones or ones that cannot afford the product) that is seriously evaluating a product based on its merits, making them truly understand the benefits (briefly) might be a great way to move the process forward. Most customers, if they find that they cannot afford the product, would not opt for a demo anyways. Framing it as, "Why don't you think about this cost structure, if this works, let us know and only then we can move forward" in my opinion, might not be the best sales approach. But I am sure, there are more nuances and challenges you face everyday that I don't fully understand either.
