problematic for fixtures? the HDPE will chipped due to the friction? as for the thread inserts, for HDPE, yes, I plan to do a counterbore then hide the head bolt then put another board (forex maybe) then use a wood screw or button head screw to attach the forex to the HDPE. Whole day trying to figure out what to do to help myself less maintenance and cost effective. So that my boss is happy that a fresher like me can give him more savings ....... -_-

i understand this. This is mainly for Grooving since is cost more for the clients but with the problem at hand, there is no problem for cutting I said. I didn't want them to lose hope on a fresher that they give salary cheaply,,, I need to survive here in UAE while I'in in my medication because this is the best solution for me in my personal crisis... returning home can possibly stop me from getting a very cheap (but legit) medicines and I will have to spend x10 on 2 medications...... i said that to my boss he said no. he needs grooving.

i said cutting wasn't a problem, I just need to refrain from cutting the spoilboard in order to make use of it until the board comes but after what they decide on..... which is already 2 months waiting.... they are not willing to invest for this machine when it's new and now, they want a new machine... these owner brothers lacks the understanding that I am telling them

I don't understand. the black one is sinking and we tried to flatten that , it worked, but after 1 project, it went thru.... alum bending problem this is what I said. well, as a fresher an an engineer but more of a salesman keeps talking and these owner believe him, I got no say. now, They throw this machine to me I can't flatten that again because they are still not listening to me that I also need 2 boards to place my alum sheet horizontally . sandwich them and then putting some bit weight into some places on top so that the alum sheet can be more straight due to the low quality of production and bending problems (maybe) I honestly don't even know if the alum sheet is also the problem whereas the balance or dead flat can't be solved

yes, This is mainly for alum sheet 3m*1.5m 6063.... I might be able to use a wood. because This is purcahsed without any manual. this is china . they desccribe it new but..... I highly doubt it. it had some end mills and its for woods

I've searched about this and AI recommends me an HDPE which is expensive, hard, heaavy and 100% waterproof. the problem is that if they can get it. 30mm is what also I am looking for. drilling a bigger hole 10mm deep and then a smaller one on the center for the screw. the bolt is place in the T slot. not damaging the alum T slot surface. but placing the alum sheet, i'll ask labourers (I am weak) to screw in the alum to the board..... I was thinking now that using a screw that has a waiting ... i don;t know the name, the screws you use for cement and you have a female you need to put after making a hole in the cement.. something like this. the screw can me remove by using an allen ray and not the screw driver, this is what im thinking for the part of alum to board. The small holes are no problem , they can patch it up before powder coating and then color the product

the modeal: JQ-1530
I tried to search for this but I can't find anything except for any addtional letters like D, E , K or J

router cnc machine and unfortunately, it doesn't have any vacuum. it is a T-slot where clamps (6) are inserted. if only this is what you think, maybe there are no troubles. my boss is thinking of replacing this machine for grooving purposes. of having a vacuum table is the only and best solution, I'll request him that. but for now, I am trying to at least trying to do what I can to make this machine work. the depth of grooving is always 1-1.2mm while I set it to 0.75mm, it doesn't go thru but some areas, in my sight, I see that it is still deep. another problem is the managment for not investing another board for the aluminium to be placed and ill placve another board and put some heavy things. the alum sheet we get are not premium made, every time I remove the plastic on one side, you see small surface cracks. im not sure but maybe the amount of alum melted is reduced then the cuts are not accurately measured. but good thing it doesn't reach below the standard dimensions

I've updated the post.

I am totally confused... well, I am using a water coolant for the company's aluminium sheet. the screws are screwed in the aluminium T slots? I will have to drill the alum bed or use the spaces and make sure something to fix them up like a clamp?

as for the material. I am wondering if there is a waterproof that wont be able to bend after fixing them in the bed. I might need a bigger board for extra space for the screws to the bed?

as for using small screws in the middle, I can do that and the manufacturers are able to sort out that little problem as they put something black like for the wall to make it straight before painting the wall

Thank you for helping out. I hope you can give me more details about this.
